As a very junior barrister who graduated less than 4 years ago, he takes on work in high courts in areas in which he has no expertise, no ability to win, bills large sums vastly in excess of his worth as a very junior out of area barrister, leaves the client to do all the work, while he bills the client, and signs out as soon as he is paid without doing the legal work he undertook to the Court to do. In addition, he badgers the client with unprovoked continuous aggressive emails and threats to pay large sums of money immediately, otherwise the client will be dumped, and vague unintelligible criticisms of the non legal clients work. He presents a very trashy manner. His taking on work he has no ability to win for the sole purpose of billing large sums of money to private paying clients, shows a lack of all insight, lack of judgement, and professional misconduct.
